Reorder, rotate and remove PDF pages visually

Arrange page thumbnails in your browser, then export a cleaned-up PDF.

Scanners and phone cameras often produce documents with upside-down pages, accidental blanks or sections in the wrong order. The organizer presents page thumbnails so those problems can be corrected visually.

Work on a copy when the document has official signatures or form fields. Structural changes can invalidate signatures even when the visible page content is unchanged.

How to use Organize pages

  1. 1

Open a PDF and wait for all thumbnails to appear.

  2. 2

Drag pages into order, rotate them or remove unwanted pages.

  3. 3

Export the new PDF and compare its page count with your plan.

Use landmarks

For repetitive scans, identify chapter headings, dates or page corners before dragging long groups.

Blank pages

A visually blank page can still contain hidden text, a form field or a separator required for duplex printing. Check before removing it.

Rotation

Page rotation changes viewing orientation; it does not deskew a photograph taken at an angle.

Important limitation

The organizer is intended for page-level changes. It does not edit words inside a page, repair perspective or guarantee preservation of complex forms and portfolios.

Questions about Organize pages

Can I undo a mistake?

Use the tool controls where available, or reload the original file and start again. Your source PDF is not overwritten.

Does rotation reduce quality?

Page rotation normally changes orientation metadata or page geometry rather than recompressing the artwork.

Can I edit text here?

No. This tool changes whole pages; use the visual editor for annotations or overlays.
